Hello over there!

As my nick suggests I´m from Sweden.

I ride a Yamaha 650 SN and a Kawasaki x-2

Her is a pic from one of the first runs in march this year. It´s about 5 Celsius in the water. Hence, Mr Dry suite...

In Sweden we only have a few short months of acceptable climate (doing what I can to help with the global warming). So for this ride I geared up with both my long, and my short wetsuit.

I´we been reading the projects section, and it´s given me the itch, baaad. A lot of fun and veeery nice projects!

The dolly doesn´t look like that any more. The wheels and axel are replaced with an ordinary caravan axel and wheels.

What! Homemade! It´s a very proffessional build...

In Sweden we have, and have had, very strange rules and regulations regarding jet skis.

Currently it´s only legal to drive in marked waterways (farled i Swedish). But(!) since we are a part of EU, there are laws prohibiting obstructions of trade. Which makes it impossible for police and cost guard to get tickets trough our legal system (since you can appeal to the EG court). So at this time they don´t even bother to give tickets, even though it still, according to Swedish law, is illeagal...

So what i´m trying to say is that not onely does the climate here makes the season short, our govenment tries to make it impossible, which means it´s a small sport. But it is growing. Some people consider me crazy for doing it. On the other hand i think they´r crazy for not.

Skiis are easy come by, but parts are expensive. Sometimes it´s cheaper to order from the states instead of buying in local stores.

I love being at sea, or at the lake and everything that comes with that.

And I do some wakeboarding when I get the chance

I sold the Baja in February, and when spring came, and the craving for a boat, I helped a friend with his boat (he paid, and I did all the work...) which he let me have at my disposal al summer.

Not as good for wakeboarding as the Baja, but still a nice little boat

Yeah, it´s really cool (literally) and beautiful to get out there on a sunny day this time of year. Usually I get the whole lake for myself.

My neighbour is representing Hyundai in Sweden. They are putting out a new line of cameras, and one of them is waterproof and shockproof. (a la Olympus my). So I´ll borrow one to try it out.
