Switched heads and lost power????

I have a 94 blaster all stock with a lighter flywheel...i had a extra head milld .10... Before i removed the oe head it was 150-150 per cyl......now its 130-130 with new head and sbt head gasket..so i put the old gasket on it to see and still 130-130.. How does this happen??????????? I am lost.. Thanks,,

the head was milled to far, hey at least this way u dont have to run race gas!!!!!

dork check the squish ratio and pull the head back off and put the old one back on and retest see what it is then go from there
