Custom/Hybrid SXR 1100 conversion

Hi ,
i have just bought a Kawasaki SXR with an 1100 triple kawasaki motor solas 12 vane pump and solar impeller.

As far as I know the motor is stock apart from Blosion flame arrestors.
Can anyone point me towards any build threads discussing the modification of this motor or advise what mods work well on it please?

I can't seem to get any response from Komander.
Does anyone know how to carry out the 3 degree timing advance mod in the electric box on the 1100 ?
