Sxr 800 cylinder cracked

I cracked my 2004 sxr 800 weekend I'm in uk and need a cylinder to replace it can anyone help me or direct me cheers guys

a few are looking for replacement as well.kind of hard to come by used in good shape.best bet is new from dealer.
you could try welding but assuming the sleeve is cracked as well?

Mine just cracked thru to the base. are you able to weld the cast aluminum?

Yes cast aluminum can be welded but yours is cracked on a gasket surface to so it will have to be machined flat after welding. That may require the sleeves needing to be removed

grind it back epoxy it and put a girdle head on and just keep an eye on it, use a file to flatten it out.
