SXR 800 Worx Sponsons? R & D Pump Shoe Seal Kit?

Anyone like the Worx race sponson kit? Also some opinions on the R&D pump shoe seal kit would be greatly appreciated. I just picked up a 2005 SXR 800 yesterday and I have a huge list of parts for it to make it a solid stock racer hopefully. But if anyone has other parts that are stock class legal go ahead and post what you like/don't like. Here's what I have on my list so far. If there's anything that you see that isn't stock class legal than I would love for someone to point that out because I'm new to the standup world. Thanks guys!

Worx intake grate
Worx ride plate D cut
Worx race sponsons
Blowsion turn plate
Blowsion steering system kit
R&D pump shoe seal kit
Blowsion 4 degree bend handlebars

I would add stuff in groups that make sense, so you can tell what part made what difference.

Also before modding the SXR have you figured out how to ride it sideways yet? No mods in the world will help you if you can't rail on it.

Front or Rear(Tubbies) Sponsons? You don't see to many people using rear ones on SXRs.

Go Zero Bars, the stock ones are 4 degrees(maybe 6), so why would you switch? Zero bars mimic Water Skiing better.

Why Blowsion Steering, is the stock lose?

Fill the Pump Shoe, I did that this summer and can't believe how much of a difference it makes.

Thanks for the reply. Yes i know how to throw it into a corner. I was amazed at how much more of a radical lean I could obtain on the 800 vs. my 750. Dragging elbow was easy and this has to be the most forgiving ski I've ever ridden. The Worx sponson kit I was referring to is for the front. I want the 4 degree because I come from a motocross background and some amount of sweep-back is necessary and I am comfortable with it. I know the stock is 4 degrees or very close but the blowsion bars are wider and I could benefit from some extra leverage. The steering kit that you are referring to is required to run the adjustable blowsion turn plate that gives the benefit of a shorter handpole without requiring me to actually modifying the stock one (until it breaks, which i have read is somewhat common).

Blowsion steering requires a aftermarket pole on SXRs, I would go with pro watercraft sponsons on the front and use there ride plate. Stock class only allows one set of sponsons so either front or rears. The front sponsons I would do first it really helps straight line stability, and makes the ski turn flatter which is what I like. Defiantly do 4 degree bars. As far as the motor you can run a 849 kit in stock class they rip.

there is a ton of stuff you can do in stock class, and there is a technicality in the rules that allows stock class machines to run both front and rear sponsons.

4 degree bars help with body english when racing. i feel like 0 degree bars pull your elbows too far forward, making it more difficult to ride aggressively. a shortened handlepole should be the first thing on the list of mods i feel like, right along with a ride plate and intake grate

I see 4 degree bars and cringe, zero is my only hero. the Degree of the bar has nothing to do with how aggressive you ride, and zero will get you even farther forward.

I think he was talking about the steering plate, not a full blowsion steering for yamaha poles.

It's stock class, run whatever you want. They didn't even check boats the last time I raced. "You guys got tow loops, ok you're ready"
