Stock package NO porting. Lots of guys out there with 84,84.5,85,85.5 bored cylinders with no porting

On my experience lots of it and products from group k I wouldn't suggest going through them . Horrible service port work is well I've seen s whole life better price is yet to be announced as in say one and doubles , I don't want to bash them too hard but yes I wouldn't do business there again .
Lead times are a bit out of control sometimes . We've sent a fee Sxr motors to them through time and the last three interactions were enough for me

I'm running three sxr motors, one at 84mm and two at 84.5. All other things equal there is a noticeable bottom end improvement with the larger bores. these are all on unported motors.
that said, I would probably only recommend boring to those sizes if you are racing and need the most you can get or aren't too concerned about $$. As i'm sure you are aware SXR cylinders come with a hefty price tag these days and it might not be in some peoples best interest to bore away 4 overbores just to gain a little bottom end.
I'm using them for racing applications and I like them, but if I were a rec rider I most likely would not bore them out that large right off the bat unless I absolutely had to..
