SXR cooling plumbing

I pulled this ski apart about a year and half ago and cant remember how the cooling was plumbed.

I have two water intakes from the pump next to the coupler.
I have two water jackets on engine head
I have one water jacket on bottom of exhaust manifold
I have two water jackets on exhaust chamber
i have have 3 pisser exit water jackets on side of ski.

Now i know for sure all 3 pissers where being used and they still got the hoses attached inside. The two intakes where being used as i remember and they still got the hose clamps on the lines from where i pulled them off.

I have attached pictures of the parts described.

Anyone know how it would have been plumbed does not appear to be stock plumbing according to manual i have.

The line on the left of the ski coming from the pump goes to the bottom of the manifold. The other line will goes to the top of the head pipe. the line coming out of the exhaust expansion chamber (Box) will go to your front outlet. The two lines coming off your head will dump to the remaining two pissers. You are running a split cooling system.

I plumbed it this way and When running hose through pisser to motor on ski trailer the exhaust pipe is getting hot. Dont remember that happening before. Pipe doesnt seem to be getting water. This is how i flushed it before.
