Yea I was just quoted 300 per hole for re-sleeve.I would order a new cylinder unless you know someone who can drop the sleeves. The costs of re-sleeving are almost the same as a brand new cylinder....unless you want to go big bore.
What size pistons are you running now? I was wondering if anyone could notice a difference with slightly larger pistons. When mine did that, i just got a new sleeve put in the one side, and the other side was wore, so i got the new sleeve cut over and the other side oem side cut over aswell. no issues for the last 3 yrs.

Cool I'll check it outtry groupK, he sleeves these and does an 85mm big bore. also FYI as I understand the ports have to be ground to cleanup the alignment. no big deal unless you are racing it would not be stock or limited legal.
