cool,
you should mount the e box to the bulk head, & ditch the braket saving you another 2 pounds. Cut the base out of the battery box also.
for the hood, remove all the liner minus the air box, & the Grab handle, the air block off, save another 1-2 pounds.

:bananajump:Got some work done ,scupper is in started working on the trim and pump.Found that one of the aluminum cooling lines had a hole in it ,It had wore a hole from vibrating on the bulkhead ,replaced them with stainless lines.I had to make some bushings to take up the space those stock lines with the rubber around them (that didn't keep them from vibrating)left .

For the internal filler, I switched the stock fuel fillup from the front of the ski and put it on the top of the tank. I then put the stock filler on the other hole on the tank.... heated up the hoses and bent them so they would go to the bottom of the tank. Works great.

yep, drill out the rivets that hold the front bumper piece on and take it off, then there's more rivets that hold the nose plastic on and a bolt up by the handlepole bracket if I remember correctly

Thats all there is to it ,now turf that nose .I got pump and trim done started on the pole didn't like the cable adapter so i used a 750 cable its shorter on turn plate end worked great.Had to mod the cable end a little and the bottom off the pole to use a spring .
