I don't think many of you have ridden an aftermarketed out Kawi SXR. :brap::brap:
Now your talking kawislut.:haha:
Been workin on surf stance, but never been a surfer so its aquard for me. I do like the style and looks of surf stance better though.
i have the opposite prob , very uncomfortable riding with my feet side by side, always left foot foward, goofy foot, comes from the old days of ridin skate boards...looooong time ago:ugh2:
then keep riding like that..but its harder to do tricks on flatwater of course
Kawi electrics are way better than yamaha. Kawi has "O" ringed e- box, digital CDI, and only 8 bolts. How many woods screws are in the yami box? Actually the whole drive line is better. Kawasaki stand ups have much newer technolgy than so yesterday jets. I forget how long has a round nose been around? :cool2:power yes, but kawi electrics...no thanks

Oh, and I can't wait to see new sxr parts
Just that Hood made a huge difference. I can't imagine a whole hull. It would RIP!!!!!!!
I've always liked the x-2. I think the seat is to small. Theres no room for hand holds. I would love to do a x-2 with a motocross/freeride feel to it. It would have a seat you could hold with your legs for more stability and control. Also be able to put hand holds. Backflip superman etc. I would make the seat small enough to board ski. The hood conversion is in the near future. Its a fairly easy project. Neat idea from the roots of 24-7. My long term goal is a kawi 800 freeride doing it. A conversion hood soon, and last a full on build like the x-2 hopefully. Then I would be happy. I want one of each, that would be my 3D. Anyways thats my 2 cents back to work. One thing at a time. Over and out.
I here good things about the TBM pump cone on a stock 140 SXR pump.... maybe Kevin Collins could elaborate, :brap:
Its all power to weight..... get the weight down enough, and you dont need quite the power..... The kawi is already a 6mil stroker from a 701..... My ideal boat would be ported cylinder, billet flywheel, and pipe on a 220lb complete ski.... good reliable power at a affordable price..... And at the weight of a 450R dirtbike.... right where it should be!
Bobby..... where does it end? :sneaky:
