SXR sxr modifications, what next?

I don't understand the bored pump nozzle hype. Can someone please explain to me why a bigger nozzle is better? They had to have shrunk it on the SXR for a reason. What the tradeoff?

getting more water through gives a bigger bottom end punch. same theory applies using a short freestyle cone on yer pump vs. a longer racing cone. you'll lose a little on top end, but with a pipe you'll be able to push through more water all around and be faster from bottom to top. Then add a prop pitched for low end and you have a hard hitting 800 cc monster.

What kind of prop that would be (specifications please), mine is a 13/17 c+swirl, is it one pitched for low end ?

-- best to call skat trak and they'll tell you what you need for your setup. - i have a bored out magnum pump so i can't tell you using a stock pump.

I'm looking into light weight hoods and when I looked on Trinity's site they started at $1000. Is there another hood I missed?
