SXR prop question

alright so i finally got on the water today. air temp 70 water temp 34-35, and i had about 100 foot water patch that was surrounded by ice. i actually bunny hopped over ice chucks alot haha. but anyway ski ran pretty descent alot more snot than last year. it was alittle rich everywhere but thats perfectly fine for break in purposes. anyway the few times i got on it it was spinning the prop terrible (cavitating) i dont know if the motor is over powering the prop or what but when i would make a setup wake i would just give it a little shot and it would spin terrible. when i would be cruising at like 10MPH and floor it briefly it would hook up OK. could the WW cone cause this? i had the pump out this winter and the impeller clearences were fine. could it be my pitch is to low on the prop? the set back motor is sweet too! heres my setup

81mm exit nozzle
WW cone
stock impeller
worx intake (shimmed down)
180psi compression
mildy ported and cleaned up cylinders
dual 46mm mikuni taper bored by pro tec
r&d intake mani
factory wet pipe and timing advance
ECWI (didnt even turn on)
jetinetics charging aluminum flywheel (man that thing is awesome)
TDR power spray waterbox (actually not to loud sounds real mean)

oh forgot to say i am getting a skat 13/18 swirl impeller cut back 5mm off a guy for ultra cheap but it needs a fix, would this be a better prop to start with than the stocker?
thanks for your help
