SXR starter problem

Starter does not work, battery charged, no click what so ever and there is power going into the starter but not sure about going out?! AHh any suggesttions?! we just got to havasu for S.B. and it died!!!

Check your start/stop switch connections at the handlebars and inside the ski.

the switch works, how do you check the inside? Any other ideas?

Disconnect the start/stop line in the hull and jump across the two leads with some needle nose pliers. If nothing happens, go to your battery connections.

Have you checked your battery yet to see if it's simply dead?

Check the grounds also for even the littlest corosion at the battery. Wire brush or sand paper on terminals and cable ends.

Jump it. It'll get ya riding. If it doesn't jump it's either your battery or the starter itself.

Im not sure if sxr's have a fuse in the ebox like sj's do?Check that,it has kept me from ridin before.
