SXR Sxr takes on water while sitting in h2o

My 04 SXR is taking in water while just sittin in water and coming from raar ski. Anyone else have this
type of problem" if so what is the remedy? I have isolated the problem to the pump area. It takes on quite a bit. Of. Water not just a trickle. Any help wouldnappeciateda

either the thr-hull bearing is bad or the factory bilge siphon hose is bad

I had the same problem before it was the stock siphon

there is a seal where the drive shaft come into the hull.... Id try that. Maybe pull the boat out of water and put on a stand. Then fill with a garden house and watch to see where the water comes from. Goodluck

Mine was a ride plate bolt had come out and there was a hole through the hull. Like Gidge said put some water in the bilge and see where it comes out

So if understand correct, fill the engine compartment with water (enough to cover stock bilge) and serif water drains? Wher should I expect to see it come out? Or should I fill over the through hull seal and see if comes out driveshaft area?

Mine still leaks a littlle.... never was able to find the root of the issue. When I first got the ski, it leaked alot. After replacing the rear hull drain seal it reduced the amount of water leakage.

I kind of think its my siphon... its just such a slow leak I havent put the time into fixing it.

In mine two ride plate bosses have developed some play; from there water is entering the hull. I don't know how to fix this.

Here's what happened to mine. While riding the hull would fill fast so I just left the bilge running till I could get it fixed.

Here you are. As you can see, there is rust coming from the inside hull fittings. I put some sealant to try to limit the water leak and to help a little to stabilize the ride plate but I'll have to open the tray area to fix this.
