SXR1500 Top Speed

Out here playing with the whales doing some testing. We ran 58.8 in a stock configuration and 59.9 with a RIVA tune + impeller.

Anyone have any numbers for comparison?

We gps'd my friends when he first got it and hit 59 stock. I think it would go faster now that he has more experiance riding it. Search on youtube there are many sxr 1500 top speed videos.

Do you have access to a tach with a peak indicator? Just curious to how these compare to the 15f stock, understanding the hull is different as is the cg.

the hull has a nice deep vee for the nose, then the middle area is completely flat, and no lead-in into the pump tract. some massaging of the tract inlet to be smoother would gain 2+ mph top end in my opinion.

the bottom deck is quite deep. i believe it has to do with coast guard flotation regulations n such.

(2/3 of this bottom deck in the middle is SXR 1500, the rest is xpl or wb3 or something i forgot.)
