Other Taiwan's Yamaha Wave Runners come with a neutral gear?

Found out recently Taiwan's Fire & Rescue Department bought a whole bunch of Jetski's with a neutral gear. How can this be you say? Well sadly this is just another story of Taiwan's goverment corruption. In this case Taiwan's Fire & Rescue needed new jetski's and put out a notice or bidding auction saying that they needed jetskis with forward, neutral, and reverse gears, knowing full well that this was an ureasonable request. But, low and behold someone did win the bid (surprise, surprise) and supplied the Fire & Rescue Department with brand new Yamaha Wave Runners complete with forward, neutral, and reverse stickers!

My Cousin's older (like 7 years ago) seadoo had a nuetral "gear". It had the same sticker. It's just the reverse lever with a marking for the nuetral position that make some of the water go back and some forward, effectively making it nuetral. It would keep the ski still but took the effort of the driver to keep adjusting to remain still. I am sure they knew when they bought them that they didn't have transmissions.

My 2000 Seadoo RXdi has a neutral marking on it's reverse lever, too. I've installed reverse on my XPltd, too. So, I might have the only XP with neutral.

It's not changing gears, just diverting the water flow coming out of the pump. Pretty much all jet drives on 3 seat jet skis and anything larger (boats, ferries, navy's littoral combat ships...) have this "bucket" to give you a neutral and reverse.

So, whts the point of this posted?? From the way u describe, it seems like doesnt matter for it, since we already know the "neutral" is f.......useless on jetski if there without wind~~~bla bla bla.If the goverment still can accept for this "sticker"as wht u said, i shut not be a big problem with tht, aint it??Just talk, no attack!!!
