I just heated up the bearing and was able to smack it off. When putting new ones on, put the driveshaft in the freezer and heat up the bearings, should drop right on the shaft without much force.
Open a vice wide enough such that the driveshaft is able to go through the jaws of the vice but the bearing is resting on top of the jaws. Ensure the splines of the driveshaft (part that goes into the midshaft) are facing downwards. Hold a piece of wood over the end driveshaft and hit it with a hammer so that the driveshaft slides out of the bearing(s). Be sure to hold the driveshaft on the other end so it doesn't hit the floor once it gets out of the bearing.
