Ya before I went to work I unmasked it all and I must say it is a fine job done. looks good, I still have to get the hood, pole, and engine bay painted but I can start placing the pump and WB and elecs in and such. once my engine bay is done.

Here are some updated pics motor was set it for looks now but my engine keepers and motor mounts are solid. Waterbox is in, waiting for midshaft bearings then I have 2 500GPH rule bilge pumps to mount and then motor and electrics will go in. notice if you can how I moved my ebox 2 inches over to the carb side to make room for my wetjet exhaust mod. there is an aluminum plate tapped behind my ffh that the ebox now bolts to. I think its lookin good boys : ) will be doing my decals soon, made kustom by Sign Pro of Ketchikan. Sticking to a simple build because of time summer is slowly coming over so no kustom paint this round. otherwise all my sponsors and graphics would be paint. but let me know what you think!! also am looking for a nice top loader if you got one PM me!! Well my e-box mounting didn't exactly work i got all of my electrical in and the back half of the box mounted then realized that the screws that hold the front half on come from the back and to mount my ebox on I modded it to bolt internally and to move it over. after all this is all out a waveraider motor electrics and all. So here I am going to have to make studs and mount studs to my bulk head to make this work. Really peeesseed me off I thought I had this all worked out


next thing I need a 701 61x head to make this wet jet pipe work!!! need a good one asap if you got one layin around Pm me I am on the lookout!! Thanks Tanner

Thanks man Ya I really like doin my green engine bays and under the hood is also green, lots of people never paint the bottom of the hood but the green is good stuff!!! I wish I had more time to do a nice paint job but I just want to get ridin this thing :brap:

I used West Systems Epoxy along with fiberglass Roving to reinforce the sides and under the nose. I used the same epoxy with fiberglass mat to glass my footholds in. and then 3M fiber hair and bonda as fillers.

ok engine is not lining up I don't think my waveraider bed plates are gonna work. This is my only problem besides getting my exhuast on and I'm running. so does anyone have some superjet bedplates for sale!!!?????

Should be the same, raider motor mounts sit the motor a bit higher so you must push them all the way to the outside first.

In the first pics you can see the engine alignment problem I am wondering if my midshaft is pressed too far in the bearing housing and was going to mount my pump in hoping it would need to go forward more so I could tap the midshaft in and problem solved. But I don't have the impeller housing ring where the impeller spins in. So I need that premo section of the pump anyone have one?


Then you can see my ebox mounting had made 2 stainless tabs with bolts welded on them then screwed tabs to bulkhead and put fuel line in the studs to "rubber" mount the ebox.

Here is my TNT Kustoms twin 500 bilge pump bracket.

I put a 61x head on my 62T motor so that I can use the 61x mounting for this wetjetpipe well see how this goes but as of now I have lost nothing only gained my mounting.

Here is a niffty lil deal a Cable Clam. I am using my ventury section line that normally is your stock bilge evactuation system. as my trim cable route I am not ready to make up my CATS yet but putting this fitting on there seals that hole up for now and provides the perfect sealed penetration point for my cable later

My steering cable on my Aluminum pole was really tweaked and the way the mounting bracket was it kinked the cable all messed up like. so I made a teflon wedge to even it out nice

Let me know if you have a impeller ring pump section that is really nice layin around I need to buy one. I have a brand new impros hooker so I want a nice section for it to spin in. And not sure the correct terminologe behind that part : )
