Well I got my decals all made up by Sign Pro of Ketchikan, they look cool, all are designed by me to respresent my TNT Kustoms, except blowsion and monster of course. I have a cool TNT decal on the bottom too you will just have to wait and see I also have MONSTER going verticle down the handlepole to do same as my old 550 for those who remember that ski.

I am running a protec pipe of my dads for now, good weather is comin and I want to just get running!! haha.

I am waiting for my throttle adapter, wear ring, and getting my turf done and this thing is good to go

Got my dual bilges in

oh and I have to make a small bracket for the protec exhuast the front lord mount is just free floating. and I need to find a 10mm x 1.25. by like 5 inch bolt for this Protec pipe also. so there is a snag anyone got one?

let me know what you think

K so it was my very first turf job ever. Completely by myself...I think it went well. I came up a little short under my FFH and a little in the back of each foothold. but other than that it looks good. I gotta get some stainless hardware for my kick plate I made

My pump is shimed and in. What I B#@!CH that was my impeller woudn't spin freely once the pump was tight so that took a while to get right and then my engine went it.

Pro-Tec pipe had to have a lord mount built by Motorheads5 to make that pipe work. but it is lookin good. My limit stap is all secure. I am knockin on the door of a shake down cruise in a few days well see how it goes....

well after a few minutes of wondering why it wouldn't start I put a lanyard on my handle bars and wahooo it runs. fired up and idles no problem but it rev limits out very low in the RPM range. I have been thinking cause I ran it a while with no coolant was circulating that the temp sensor hot just hot enough to put it in limp mode.....anyone have any ideas? I have to get my primer, and pole spring from blowsion. then later I will have to turf my rails when I get some turf and this thing is good to go... I hope

but the limp mode problem.....???

well i took it up and rode it and there was no rev limiter problem, so for now the pink wire is staying hooked up. But my engine alignment is a little off I have a vibration so I gotta fix that and my botttom end seems really rich I think I even fouled brand new plugs I is set up for the stock waveraider intake and exhaust I believe so does anyone have good experience with tuning this sort of set up?

Thanks Tanner

He's talking about bending it when you removed the old impeller and installed the new one by having the driveshaft in the vise and sideloading the shaft.
