Other tbm super pump cone install ??

anyone have install instructions for a tbm super pump cone ( the 2 piece design that makes the pump large hub) ?
i bought mine used so no instructions. its easy to see how it goes together and i have it installed together but im trying to figure out if you are supposed to use silicone on it or not? i havent test rode it yet to see but id like to do it once and not have to pull it out and redo once the whole ski is back together

any help / advice on the install would be great Thank You

No silicone, but loctite the bolts.

Thank you. Yupp that is what I did was just hoping it was right. There is no install instructions or write ups anywhere. I searched all over.
