Two months ago I emailed TBM/xMETAL/WaterDawgs looking for two quick steering systems, I sent 3 emails to TBM, 4 to xMETAL and 1 to WaterDawgs, the only reply I got was from WaterDawgs...So who do I order from...WaterDawgs. I ordered my foot holds from him and got them right away, Now my steering systems on the other hand I ordered on the 25th of MARCH, I mean I spent $594.98 you would think that would be an amount where you might try an reply to emails or actually send it...I bet thats why WaterDawg doesn't accept credit cards anymore, luckily I bought with Visa and they are going to deal with it now...but when I get my money back who do I buy from now?? I can start riding in two week and my skis wont be ready because of CRAP costumer service I'm SO frustrated...

If you need anything brought up and delivered let me know, as long as I can fit it in a suitcase I can bring it back.
 
I know email is convenient but did you try calling any of these companys?? I work at a dealer and if someone was calling or emailing me, the one who called would most likely be served first, plus sometimes emails get lost in the mix if not responded to right away.

IMHO though, if you are giving money to waterdawg you are doing so at your own risk. There are plenty of stories out there just yours.

X2 E-mail can get routed to Spam files. Just get off the computer once in awhile and pick up the phone. Don't go bashing these guys because you couldn't be bothered to contact them to place an order.

Well international phone calls arnt cheap, and what's the point in having a email if your not going to use it?
 
just thought i would throw in my 2 cents after dealing with other companys. but xftonline.com has a steering system and he replys within 24hours and was right on with his shipping. he is probably one of the best companys i have ever delt with and would not hesitate to buy from again. plus he takes credit and paypal. he is a real business man and other companys should use his policies as an example.

pick up the phone and call them. pat bogart is on the boards on a regular basis. you could have easily ordered online from either TBM or XMetal and had your stuff already.

Tried calling both actually, International calling isnt cheap either, whats the point of having your email if your not going to use it, or do you think im asking for too much??

FWIW - I've dealt with XMW/Team Scream and WDK

XMW/TS has always either answered the phone during business hours or responded to an email within 24 hours.

WDK - meh, not so much, but then everyone expects that.

about 2 months ago, TS rolled out their new website - could your emails have been lost in the shuffle? Did you try PMing either Pat, Chuck, or Radney? They each have accounts here and check in & post regularly.

emails get routed to spam quite often and if they did all of them from your addy. As they are a business and get hundreds if not thousands of emails so their spam filter is set higher then a regular computer. In which case you are bashing them for never responding to something they never got.

btw how much is long distance for you? I pay 15 cents whether calling city over or florida, and thats from my cell phone, home phone is free. Saying stuff like that is just giving these guys more fuel to the cdn vs us shipping etc. fire.
