Yeah he does. He uses this super secret foam made from Corn Seads. When you add oil it expands. Takes about 2 minutes. You make have to add some melted butter to it. Helps lube it.

My stock pole is damn near weightless with chin pad foam removed and turfed. I have to be careful so it doesn't float away. LOL

If that is the case, then just about every ski by every member of this site is junk then. There are not many who are sinking 15k into thier ski's. Only maybe 5-10. And of those I would say half are sponsored riders who hare getting a whole lot of help.

Really??? Hell, I am over 15K into a oem hull 98 round nose and didn't even have to work hard at spending that much. I do have some sponsor help-about the same help u get-lol.

As for those less fortunate (or smarter than me), I will say this-
Jet skiing used to be a blast ALL the time when I had a pair of nearly stk X-2s sitting on a canoe trailer and had roughly 1500.00 tied up in everything!!! Now it is stil fun, but a constant financial struggle because I try real hard to only use side money for my ski and that's why it's taken me 3 years to get where I am now (ski wise).

I do think some guys on here are building some pretty low rent stuff, but if low rent fits your budget, then these guys are filling a need!!! I want a a/m hull so bad I can't see straight but cannot afford one of the top name hulls and therefore I will wait until I win the lottery to get one. If I didn't suck so bad I wouldn't be so scared of the cheaper hulls but I am afraid that I would destroy one in short order.

if you have 15k into your ski and can't roll it that is pretty bad. there are guys out there that could roll a bobcat off a 1ft. dirt mound.
