Teflon pipe dope will do a good job of preventing corrosion in the threads, especially on the water injection screws. Most of them are stuck in used pipes.

I line the threads with yamabond on the 3/8 water fittings.

I put anti seize on the fitting, wrap it in teflon tape, then put antiseize on the tape. Those FPP pipes like to rot.

Just use a thread sealant, 1211 would work fine too.
