Tell slymo thanks and help with his medical bills

Henno Heitur, aka slymo, has done tons of videos for us to all enjoy. I host most of them on my site for free. World Finals pro and amateur freestyle, individual tricks, slow motion, the Mex-rager "music video", etc.

He was sick recently and has some medical bills that he's selling jetski parts to cover now.

Let's show him some appreciation for what he did for us and send him some love to help with his medical bills.

Hey Henno,

I don't think I'd be into freeriding if it weren't for you. Do you remember you came up to lake Sonoma a couple years back with a girl taking video of you. I had the blue 2001 SJ. I was new to standups and thought I was pretty cool sliding around and jumping little wakes (I didn't even have footholds). Then I saw you do a barrelroll (I think it was Pat's old gold AMW ski) and I was hooked.

Hope you can get back on the water sometime soon. I sent a little to Paypal for ya.

This is pretty sad, if everyone that's ever watched one of his videos just sent a dollar he'd be helped tons.

I went through my site stats just for Jan/Feb and there have been over 2000 downloads of his stuff in those 2 months.

Yup, he's always stepped up with the video's.. I knew he was announcing and work at Jet connection at the WF so he couldnt record everything. I recorded everything except the first 4 amateurs, but its on VHS-C and dont have a capture card and am so damned busy being a single parent trying to run a business, I havent done shti. I logged on this afternoon and haven't been able to jump on cause I've been so moved. I can't adequately express my gratitude so I'll just say thank you.

I'm feeling better physically now, mentally is another story. The thought is that I have an immune deficiency of some sort because what should have been a flu turned into weeks and weeks of not working. I rarely made it to my regular job and couldn't do a single side job and I rely heavily on my side work so I've been living off of credit cards and now the bills are coming due so-to-speak. I have health insurance but it turns out they are not covering the immune deficiency tests so I'm on the hook for that. Lab work is freakin expensive dayum. I'm in the process of credit negotiations and doing everything I can to avoid bankruptcy. The most important thing for me now is to keep my mental state up so I don't relapse physically so your thoughts and generosity helps me out in more ways than one.

I'm hoping that when I get myself back together and up and running I'll be able to fly out and attend Lanier and some of the other big events I miss cause I'm always competing.

Paypal sent. Slymo is the man - I've learned so much from watching his videos, especially the slo-mo's. And who of us didn't wait excitedly each year for his World Finals movies? It's a bad day for the aport when a guy like Henno has to sell his ski to pay medical bills.

Hope you are back to 100% soon Slymo. Come to Lanier - there's nothing like a freeride to keep your head in the right place.

I'm sitting here at my desk with an entirely new outlook. A week ago today I was severely depressed, wondering what I was going to, how I was going to get motivated to do what I need to do. Yesterday I spoke to my good friend Neil who helped me realize that I must sell my ski and other toys and he told me that the thought must be depressing to tear down and sell that ski and other parts. I told him no, but now realize that was a lie. But because of all your thoughts and generosity I now have the strength to do what I must do and I'll be back. It may not be this year but I'll be back on the water. You all lifted my spirits and given me the strength to do what I must do. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart and depth of my soul.

Hey dude, I hope all turns out well. This past summer I got really sick too. I had a normal old flu type infection but I pulled my back and the virus got in my back and muscles. I couldnt move much or eat. So I feel your pain its really depressing. I ate 1 can of chicken and stars a day for 2 weeks, it took me another 3 weeks after that too get my streanght back.

I wish you the best of luck and a speedy recovery.
