tendonitis ?

I've had it in both arms, from moto and skis. I just got over a bout in my right arm, the only thing that seems to work for me is digging my thumb into my forearm, finding the tendon and working/stretching it as hard as I can just under the elbow. It hurts, you'll sweat and probably cuss a little, but that's all they ever did in PT and it always worked. Ice and have a drink when done!

Here's a vid I found, these dudes are a little creepy, but they get the point across:

From moto, I have it bad in my left shoulder, got a steroid shot last year that has really helped. My right elbow acts us every once in a while as well. It sucks, one of those pains that just lingers and there is nothing to take the edge off.

PS cronic tendonitis is called tendonosis.

Naproxin for the pain, and I roll the affected area out on a small rolling pin, also a good brace! That's what worked for me

I have had this the last few years (coincidentally also PJS throttle????) its moved to my shoulder (the Dr asked when I had in right arm if my shoulder hurts) I now know why he asked that. I am now convinced I need a new throttle lever LOL.

Does moving the cable end in this change leverage ratio easier/harder?

If you have carpal tunnel in your throttle hand forget about the single finger levers, I've tried it. Jet world did sell a 1/3 less tension throttle spring that I have used for years, it's excellent. Is Jetworld still in business?
