Thank You - 2007

parrdaddy

No he will not!
I need to put out a public thank you to several people and companies that helped me finish up the 2007 season. They are listed in no particular order:

LPW, Paul and Kathy --- lots of help on more than just motors, and thanks to John for hooking me up with a ticket to get to Havasu!
Royal Flush Plumbing Services of Northwest Florida, Inc. --- Chick is the man and that’s all I have to say about that!
X-Metal Works, Pat and Lisa Bogart --- More support than I deserve for years now, and that new XSCREAM ski is one bad mofo!
Watercraft Factory, Steve --- Thank you for the new hull, and for loaning me your personal ski to prepare for WF!
Kaveman, Dollar Bill, ConcussionDustin, DeezeNutz46, Scum, Motojunkie96 --- These guys really stepped up and provided me with real support to get to Havasu, I love you guys….in a manly sort of way of course!!!
And also again to Kaveman for the Skat-Trak magnum pump.
GDFL, dude, you pushed me to ride almost everyday for 3 weeks….and you drove an hour each way to do it, so thank you!
Skat-Trak, Michelle and Glenn --- Thanks for the support, answers to frantic questions and sticking behind your products!
Slippery for making sure I look good while protecting myself….and covering up the speedo!
Hydro-Turf, Mike and Arno --- You guys have taken care of me since day one, and your products are far better than anything else on the market. And for the Firehouse party in Havasu, y’all ROCK!
Thrust Innovations, Brian --- I absolutely love your trim :sneaky: but don’t tell my wife!
Full Spectrum, Ed Brazina (or should I say BraPzina?) --- What else can I say, your carbs are awesome!
K&N, John --- Four years of endless help, thank you!
Torco Racing Oils --- Six years and not a problem yet!
Salt-Away --- If you’ve seen my ski you know the stuff works wonders!
ODI Grips --- I didn't lose the ski all season, and holding on never felt so good before!
And lastly, my wife Kelle’Ann, Thanks for supporting me in this ‘hobby’ since you first met me, and thanks for always going to the desert with me year after year even though you’re probably sick of it (and we missed our honeymoon cuz I had to go bust up my foot playing with Hurricane Dennis), I love you!

I hope I didn’t forget anyone; it’s hard to go back through an entire year and remember everything. This year was a weird one for me, and I didn’t really have the time to devote to practice like I have in the past with the new job and moving, and being generally broke! I had more or less planned on stepping back after Nationals, then Paul, Kathy, Chick, Kaveman and my Dallas homies, Pat Bogart, and Steve all made it possible for me to go to WF. I had a blast out there even though things ended up how they did, I don’t think I have ever finished in last place before…..it kinda sucks so I don’t see how I can quit now. We’ll see what the future holds after it gets here……..what a ride!

Don't get Parr's head to swelling (his nose can't afford it)...

Parr's set-up wakes are sissified, non-seawall-tearing down speed-bumps on the water.

If it wasn't so dark the pictures would tell the true tale...:icon16:
