your going to have shipping mistakes when your as big as blowsion is. you call blowion and order something most of the time its in stock not having to order it from hot products.

attitudes like this just show how things have changed. use to a business would have to provide good customer service to get and keep your business. now....i think it is the other way around. alot of the times i find attitude when i am ordering something and i am the one giving my money away. while these guys are great, helpful and have cool products i do think they need to slow down just a bit and pay attention a little more to the details. saying this....my order with them was not right this week either. atleast they didnt cost me hundreds of dollars like the last jetski business i did business with. will my extra expense of 200 some dollars be softened by that business since their mistake is what cost me the extra amount. probably not. could they soften that impact without any direct cost to them...yes. will i mention that businesses name on here....probably not for fear that i will be seen as a cold hearted bastad too..
 
I agree with Auqa above but what I think is the real kick in the teeth is when they said that they could get "nextday shipping" when he ordered it on tuesday and they said that it should be there by friday????

If they had their little flunky gofer run it to the post office on the way back from lunch it could have been there in 3 days UPSP priority.

I feel like there are more companys that think "if you don't like how they treat you then oh well your measly $200 a year spent there won't hurt them..." It gets bad when you have to search for a company that will take time to be nice and do what they say... Ok my respectful $.02 done ranting now.

it could be the delivery driver too. i ordered a crank through sbt shipped fedex. according to the tracking# it was supposed to be delivered fri. but on the website it says no one home or closed. which is bs since i was home. the driver was just lazy and wanted to go home early so he didn't bother to come.

That happened to me soooo many times... :banghead:
 
its tough running a small business, and you should or you will learn that unless you have a tracking # there is no gurantee when your gonna get your stuff especially in this industry

The original poster doesn't specify a location, but I've had things held up in customs for a few days at a time. Nobodys fault, it just happens.

Blowsion's been very good to me so far, products have arrived on time and they have been very helpful on the phone and through email. . . They seem to run a very stand up company.

All you have to do is pick up the phone and talk to someone, ordering from the Internet is great and very handy, but if you need a part on time you are going to have to talk to a person. This same thing goes for any business (Riva, ADA, Pro-Tec, etc, etc) I wish that more people would take the time to get on the phone before giving the few companies that we have making parts for us a bad rap on the Internet. You cannot always talk directly to John since he usually has a paint gun in his hand, but his employees are just as helpful. Just my opinion, not trying to start poop.
