On that glue, I'd use dap contact cement instead. I have that glue you have as well but it did even come close to working, tried to glue down the edge of laid carbon in a carbon inlayed head that loosened,

I had to flip my pump over (skat mag) to get it to clear.

Yup, 5200 works great. Mine never fell out, but can't understand why they feel silicone is a good way to hold in a scupper.
