I fixed a Cushman 3 wheeled cart like that for a guy years ago. He painted it up like a John Deere.

FINALLY got her running, she def fought me tho!
Put it all back together, and went to make sure I had spark, nope, no spark
So after much dicking around and diagnosing things, come to find out the lanyard switch was not working properly and intermittently killing spark, which would come and go by playing with the switch/smacking it, EVEN tho I went through the switch to avoid this very scenario. So all new switch internals and fresh leads for the E box (as well as a new coil as I thought that was the OG problem) and she runs! Not %100 done as I have a few more things to do, but my goal was to get her running before I leave town for work here in a few days, and that goal has been achieved!
I could not have done this build with out your guys help, and I want to give a HUGE shout out to @smoofers and @JetManiac for all the insight, help, and parts throughout this build! Next post will prob be a while, but hoping that post will be of it out on the water!
Just a quick vid of it running, didn't run it too long as I didnt have the hose hooked up, just wanted to get it going, a little smokey as I'm running 32:1 to break it in (and I needed to get rid of what I had left in that ratio) but will switch to 40:1 once I get through this tank.

Today was the day!
Maiden voyage day, performed GREAT! What a difference to the 550s, this thing is such a blast, but man, I have a lot of tray time I need to put in, it def kicked my ass and I am a wobbly mess, but in time I will get it better. Wanted to give some closure on this thread for y'all, this thing is one of my best completed projects to date, love it!
Also, I splurged a bit and picked up a hitch carrier in purple from 9 Mile Motorsports to match it, I could have made my own, but time didn't permit and this thing is incredible quality, built like a tank, def recommend it!

I love the fact this is your first ski and you just dove right into a full build. Great job on it too, that thing was beat! It's probably not you that's wobbly, it's that hull right as you plane out. We learned that first time out on the wife's square that I built. Not even remotely similar to riding your buddies 550!

Been a while! But I'm still here, having a great time ripping around and learning the techniques to ride these crazy things, summer is finally winding down here in AZ, that means dune/desert season is starting up, so time to trade the ski for the dirt bike!
The old Superjet performed flawlessly all summer, no issues, just fuel her and ride! She's got some bumps and bruises as to be expected, but over all it was a great summer!
Until next time, and that next time MIGHT be a WB1 resto, friend of mine has a blaster hull he said I could have for free, but I'm in no rush for another project at the moment
