all the little pieces are not that hard to find just look to have money at all times cause when you don't you'll find everything you need took me six months to do a bare hull build would have been faster but i bought a Jetmaniac motor

that hull looks really familiar! if i were you since you dont have parts might as well just reinforce the engine compartment with the biaxial i gave you... 1 layer of biaxial and 1 layer of cloth and you should be set.. you can get good results from a 550 IF you know what parts to use and fine tweaking.. just swapping in a bigger engine will not cut it.. and gotta have will power... im ready to start my square build too!

I will get a grinder and a 4" cutoff wheel. I just bought a -4 xmetal rn pole, pad, and bracket and a cold fusion turn plate and 50mm rrp riser bars. I'm going to get the reinforcing done this weekend and go pick up the vxr pro tomorrow.

I picked up the vxr this weekend. It's not exactly the prettiest thing I've ever seen, but It'll work for what I need it for. The motor has 150 psi in the rear and 130 in the front. It's been sitting a while, so I'm going to take the top end off and at least put some new rings on it and make sure everything looks good. The Ebox is missing the coil, so I will have to buy one. The steering cable might actually work, though. I need to measure it, but there's a chance it will work. The pump is a little corroded, but I think I can clean it up. I need a sj steering nozzle, though. I only paid 300 bucks for the ski, so I think I came out pretty good, but I have a lot of work to do. Hopefully I'll be a little more motivated to get going on this now that I have the motor.

I just picked up the pole setup. The pole needs to be powder coated, but I might just scrape the paint off and skip the powder coating. It looks pretty good on the ski. The xmetal bracket is a good height and should work well.

I just bought a protec reduction nozzle and ocean pro steering nozzle. Anyone have any experience with these? I know the op nozzles are great on 550s

I'm going to lowes tomorrow to pick up a grinder so I can get the fiberglassing done. I'm out of town next week, but when I get back I'll have all the parts I need to put this thing together so I need to get moving so I can ride! I'm thinking tomorrow is going to be a late night...
