Well said, Rick. I was going to post something up after Nick commented, but had to go run an errand. While he may agree with my earlier statement, unfortunately I don't agree with how he handled Kennay's situation as a whole, from what I read at least. I would have been out of business with a quickness had I not given the customer the impression that I would do whatever it took to try and make their problem right---even in some cases if it wasn't necessarily my fault.
Personally I think any unsatisfied customer would love to hear this. Even if the is nothing the guy can do about it. The last thing a customer wants to hear is "sucks to be you"

we dont discuss you... we bash you, trash you and text you mean msgs on your phone.. hehe
now back to::deadhorse::deadhorse::deadhorse:

I vote best post of the thread! LOL

Can we send Moe to meet these bad actors?

The last honest man

A crowd came in and sat down
And then a man began to yell
About savin' souls to heaven
And for the sinner there was hell
Well later on that night
In a motel room down the road
He kept his meeting for a cat-o-nine beating
>From a leather-clad man named Moe

An honest man
We're looking for the last honest man
An honest man
Keep searching for the last honest man

Now we'll keep looking high and low
And we'll keep searching 'round
Is everybody, everyone, dishonest in this town?
Well they'll stab you in the back
You get a handshake and a smile
But if one don't get ya, the other one will
And ya gotta walk that mile
Looking for an honest man

#1. With freedom comes responsability. W/O moderation/regulation anarchy will follow. As long as those who represent us are responsable and act in the best interest of and for the common good, problems should be minimal.
As members, we are expected to be responsable. Expected not to abuse the avenues available to us for comment or question on any issue. There will always be exceptioms, unforseen problems, and our character is shown in how we handle those situations.
I've been in business for myself multiple times. Without fail, even the best of the best, even those with the purist of intentions, will have an issue.
I am not taking sides on the thread you're all talking about. I believe that it could have been handled in a better way by all parties involved.
To remove the neg feedback section would be a dis-service to the "large" percentage of members not involved in the current hooplah. But as members we must be careful about how we use it.

Something else.
#2 for 60 or 90 days to allow the seller to make things right Then allow everyone to comment on how they feel or dealt with them.Maybe this will motivate the seller to have some integrity and work it out faster. This is tough cuz each situation is such a one off.Good luck men behind the curtain.
