well last night i got another 4 hours in after sanding and fiberglassing. II drilled my holes for the scupper and the exhaust. then i sanded and fiberglased both sides to the back. Pics below. My next step is to cut the pipes off the back and do one layer of carbon after i smooth everything out on the back. Then comes putting the pipes in and sealing everything with 5200.
finally got the rest of my carbon layed and waited for the sealant to dry. I went ahead and cut 1/2 in to 1in. (did this by eye) off both sides to widen the tray and started foaming. heres where im at at the moment.
i actually had to redo it again. cuz i started to cut footholds and didnt go well. so i decided to red it and it worked alot better after i figured it out. and which tray area are u talking about ?
im gonna put foam in mine up to the tray level and then glass my tray all the way to the very inside of the sides, think itll help make it lil more stout.
