I eyed all my cuts basically and just went from there used a small metal ruler for a little striagt lines and eyed alot of it.

howd u go about measureing the hull for your chop. looks like u got the same angle as stock from inside of pump area to outside

are we talking about when i widened the tray some? i think i should have went farther but its not bad for eyeing everything and just going to town when i cut the thing.

nah im talkin bottom side where it sits in the water. im just gonna measure 3 in on the inside of the pump area and 3 in outside, should come out about right

I eyed that but went 2 on both sides and then took my ruler across it and flexed it around to match the 2 lines up.

The transom is not square, its tapered as well - the hull length in the middle of the boat is longer than at the outside edge (helps with rotation in rolls etc)

Thanks everyone for the comments. Just got back to working on it and have started laying my tray back in and fiberglassing. Should be ready for paint in a couple weeks everything.else is finished.

Well so far I got this done adding another layer amd checking for leaks amd then its ready for paint.

well fiber glass is finished now it time for some sanding. what should i go up to before i start to spray my primer? and then sealant. and so on and so on. any help is appreciated

Got it primed and wet sanded. Pics of the first time priming. Im still new to it. But learning. I got some orange peal but got it all wetsanded out and everything.

well got the bottom done and sending the top to a friend to paint it since i screwed up so i shouldnt have a problem. should be done next week and then i can start throwing it back together.

i should of painted a the lettering last and it screwed up my pink because the pink needs a white sealer to be behind it.
