One thing I didn’t see on your list is a midshaft spacer. Aftermarket hulls (tigercraft at least) need the spacer for the mid shaft to seal properly against the bulkhead. I forgot this on my SV1 build…

I’ve always seen this on the Tigercraft website, what is that spacer and why do they design it in a way that you need one? I’ve never built a Tiger so I’m just curious!

I had to have one one my freak........... Had nothing to do with Sealing, It was all about the spacing.

most aftermarket hulls have a flat bulkhead unlike the recessed bulkhead of an oem yamaha. obviously it is much eaiser to manufacture the bulkhead this way. the spacer is simply to "create" the recess to allow the midshaft rubber to flex and not rub on the bulkhead.
