Jumped a wave...about three feet in the air and saw it:

A giant nasty dead carp, nothing I could do...exploded dead carp everywhere

A few years ago somebody on pwcyesterday posted a story about sucking up a fish. He left the ski in his garage for a few days (summer) and then realized that his garage smelled like a mixture of death and nasty fish. He looked under his ski and nearly crapped his pants at the half ground, dead fish staring at him from his intake grate, he even took a pic....classic

I hit a muskrat accidentally of course, I hit something the engine free reeved and stopped. I assumed i blew up the engine, checked the intake grate and there was bones, skin, and hair wedged in tight. I was not impressed cause i didn't even see it.

oh yeh i forgot to mention this was the same day i attempted to go out of our cove with the little 5lb anchor+float still on the front of the jetski. no wonder it didnt want to turn

I picked up a chunk of heavy leather once...looked like piece of someone's belt. I used to work on skis for a living, just before I hung up the wrenches two years ago one guy brought in a brand new 2007 Kawi 250 Ultra with a stone the size of my fist (I wear XL winter gloves) caught up in the impeller. It bounced around in the intake grate before an edge finally found it's way in between the impeller and wear ring.
