Wanted to put some MAJOR SHOUT-OUTS to Surfjetlouie. I had not read the entire thread about Louie's diagnosis. Mcdog just told me last night. The last time I read the thread he was heading to hospital for bowel surgery. I've got all my prayers going out to him and his family.

Thought I'd post some pics of my finished ski with Louie's #1 hood and nose installed. I still haven't put a coat of white, appliance paint on the hood as I have done on the nose, but I'll get to that sometime this month. For both peices being fabbed as "one off" pieces, they look fantastic! I don't know if he'll have someone sell the other sets he finished or what, but I can vouch that you won't get a better face lift for a SN than these two add ons.

BIG-UPS TO LOUIE...STAY STRONG BROTHER.:cheer:

Looks sharp... how's she run?

brap-ish...she runs pretty good off the bottom, but i'm noticing some sputtering in the middle and top end. That TL flywheel makes a big diff with the gettyup. U guys have any tips for fine tuning mid and top-end? I'm using my stock 44 mikuni with factory settings and replaced jets per FPP limited pipe. I'm gonna tinker with it following the FPP carb tuning recommendations (which I think are supplied by Mikuni).

Thanks man your ski look great.
here if some up date.
I'm finally done with radiation and the last month I was recupering from that then I got started on chemo 2 weeks ago not much of side effect but nausea and pain in my belly.
the pain killer does not work anymore and I try to stay away from it anyway
I go from major constipation to the loose stuf (I dont want to gross you out)
and most of the time I spend the night rolling from side to side. Also around my kidney I have a naging pain I thing from sitting on the sofa most of the day watching my crazy friend 2 I keep thinking of Joe kennedy each time I see him jumping wave I hope he is doing well.
I have been selling my sponson and some footholds too that bring some income to the shop and some parts on ebay.
I have botomed to 102 lb and gained back to 107 but some week I can loose 1-2 lb just like that.
I eat better now that the radiation is done but the nausea 2-3 day out after the chemo still gets me I also take the pill for that. they work most of the time.
also and other side effect is chills in my legs and feet. so I a hot bag.
I have put a goal of 120 then I will go ride along with some friend here.
I know you guys have my back for that.
You guys have fun this summer. Keep on ripping the water.
