I dont like it! What function does it serve besides being loud?
It is consistently voted as worst mod ever by most people here.

bigger motors no, limited 701 yes if duel exhaust. They allow a smaller motor to rev up and make enough power to pull a ski's who's ass is 3 feet under water back to plan easily and much quicker. Plus monkey jumps as still cool (but knowone does them anymore) WTF

Frankly I don't care about the loud fart sound of the 2 stroke. The sound of a limited ski with rear exhaust is pleasing enough to me. From what I gather on the front exhaust threads is that it's worthless like said here except for the impression of stronger engine via loudness!
I guess perception being reality is the reason it exists! I do get off on the smell though....

Rich don't do it unless you have to. I've have front exhaust on one of my skis. Its annoying.

I have it on mine from years past and would never do it again, it was a fad from way back.

HATE HATE HATE HATE THEM!!!!!! My ski had one on when i bought it and it did nothing but hydrolock the engine if you stopped in the water for a min. I've filled mine with expanding foam until i have time to remove it and block the hole off. It was a flat water ski before i got it so im guessing thats what its for? I ride surf now (proper jet skiing) so ive no need for it.

I guess i could go really radical and run the exhaust up the handle pole to keep my hands warm in the winter :crazy:

Despite the logistical nightmare of cooling the bendable plastic up the pole I'd say this is the best "use" for front exhaust!
