SX/SXi/SXi Pro Throttle and acceleration problem

Update: I bought sparkplug boots from jegs.com but when they arrived I found out they were crimp on sparkplug boots. Anyone know of a place that I can get push-on/screw-on sparkplug boots? I tried the local oreilly autoparts store and they didn't have anything.

Ran ski and there was no hesitation but no pull either. What are the chances of it being a jet drive or impeller issue?

Does anyone know a really good jetski repair shop in San Francisco bay area? Or a shop near San Jose California? I don't want to end up at a shop that guesses their way to a solution, costing me unnecessary money.

UPDATE: A great repair shop near sf bay area is ski clinic located in Antioch. It's a bit of a drive but theyknow their stuff. They re- mounted the engine and determined the aftermarket badbones head was losing compression due to bad o-ring on head.

Going to finally get a chance to go on water today and see how ski runs.

that good that they found the problem
I live in south san francisco, and all my work ski clinic did it, I do not mind driving up there because they make very good job. :headbang:
