Custom/Hybrid Throttle cable adapter for intake manifold.

Hello all

I just installed a push ind intake manifold in my tigercraft v2. The ski has a 10mm throttle cable already installed but it is worn a bit and the intake manifold only accepts 6mm. Should I replace the throttle cable with 6mm - replacing the lever as well? Are stock SJ cables too long for AM hulls? Or is there an adapter out there to make my configuration work as is?

If you want to trade throttle levers I have a brand new one in black that accepts the smaller yamaha cable.
