the purple one is faster on account of the colour scheme and the glitter flake helps with height on backies.
the blue one is...well gay, for the lack of a better description. imo
one must also consider the pilot on each of these machines. purple man is good looking, smart and just overall a swell kinda guy. blue man...is (please apply same adjective used in above description)
