I ordered a product from them a couple week ago. I haven't got anything about the product I bought. Therefore, I realized that I ordered from them during the World Finals week. So that is pretty understandable to me since they were at the World Finals. But it has been two weeks already and I still haven't heard from them. I was wondering if they are still in Arizona or is there something else I'm missing?

Call them. Probably finals was the issue. I've received their stuff quickly each order.

Actually only 7 days sense the WF ended. Not 2 weeks. Technically Racing ended on Sunday the 13th, But on the 14th (Monday) many of the racers and freestylers go to body beach for demo's, testing, etc etc....... Most companies/people will not be leaving Havasu until Tuesday the 15th, Many will stop over in Vegas for a day or two to unwind. Many stayed the whole week to stay for Monster Cup which was Saturday Night...........

I understand his frustration, unfortunately it is what it is during WF in this industry. I have lots of stuff on order and no comunication, I knew it going in though. A month before and a bonth after WF you will struggle as a customer to get the service you expect through the other 10 mos. of the year.
A month getting ready and a month to get ramped back up and fill the orders from during and after WF.
Just part of this business unfortunately.

I meant 2 weeks since I placed the order. The first week is understandable because I realized it was the World Finals. I wasn't familiar how long some people would stay there for. I thought it was a one-week event.

I'm not frustrated. I was just curious since I wasn't familiar how long people often stays at Havasu after the Finals.

It's alright, Chris. World Finals is pretty understandable, I just forgot about it. I can't make a simple phone call since I'm deaf.
