My brother bought a trim system off them and some footholds spending over a thousand pounds with them even paid for super fast shipping so he got it within a few days as he needed it so they sent the a 155 trim system instead of a 144 which they where meant to send. So that had to be sent back to the states at my brothers cost so then they took weeks sending the correct one back to which was still missing parts so more parts had to be sent taking weeks again to come. All of which he had to pay import duty on every package he got from them and the return postage . So he emailed the guy who he dealt with asking what he was prepared to do as it wasn't my brothers mistake and thrust innovations just avoided his emails.
So he ended up with no ski for months and lost most of the summer on the ski. Not good customer service at all.
