Thrust Steering?

I been contemplating moving to the Thrust Steering and switching out my RRP Steer, however I have noticed on all the boats who are running the Thrust Steering.......have A Lot of side to side play. Has anyone ran into this issue or is there a fix for it ?

some have complained about this but not sure what the cure is as i've never had one in my hands.
get the overall ovp steering.built well,light and no play.

I just got my first wdk steering the other day from Jeff for a rev I planned on keeping and riding for awhile, let me say it really is a nice unit. The bars he supplied me with are also above average. It really is a simple and slop free design. He has tons of these systems in stock so no worries there. I highly recommend it

seems to be a common problem. I have been running an atp system for a few years now with zero issues and zero play. I haven't even pulled it from the pole since it was installed... haha

The RRP is so tight I feel and when I rode the Thrust it moves without any interference it seems.

Yea the newer version takes 31.8mm handle bars. Which is nice because it is a pretty common size for mtn bikes and you can get straight bars for much cheaper than the other jetski options currently available for our more common size.

Yeah ive had one, just seeing if thats the one hes talking about, need to order another one, sold the one i had wish i didnt

I’ve herd second hand so not sure how good the info is it but they were in the process of redesigning the inner standoff to get rid of the slop. I would call them and see how far along they were before placing an order. The one I saw in our riding group defiantly needed some help but that’s pretty common in our industry. Custom parts, custom problems.

Call Thrust, they will send you out a shim kit that takes care of the problem.

I'm running the WDK steering too, simple, smooth and solid.
