Tiger Craft Viper Build

I ordered my Viper back in September and took possession of it at the Daytona Freeride. Those who were there may have seen the hull at the Tiger Craft booth on the pool deck. This being my first AM hull build I had a ton of questions. Huge thanks to @964Chris and @ridetrp for answering a million questions for me before pulling the trigger and putting the order in and follow up nonsense that pops in my head. And to @zimmy for giving me a Viper 101 course at Daytona and via text.
Overall impressions of initial build quality are great. This thing is lighter than a Blaster but build like a tank. Can't wait to get it in the surf. Come find me at WaveDaze and take it for a spin.

Plans include:
-61x with Jetmaniac 735cc top end
-46mm Xscream tweaked carb
-MSD Enhancer
-OCD Solutions bits
-H2O Flowbox
-FP Mod Pipe
-Cold Fusion Fuel Tank
-701 Ind Quick Steer
-Rad Dudes hood strut kit
-CarterB footholds
-Thrust trim
-144 pump with 9/15 Hooker & WetWolf freestyle cone
-Custom seat from @zimmy

First bit of turf laid down. Will do some more once the @CarterB footholds are installed.

Today, my buddy Cody @catmandu1989 came over and we started the build.

First off was installing the motor mounts and Kenney keepers and running the steering cable.

Like a glove....needs a little bracket. Blaster support didn't want to fit.

Got a little more done last night.

Cold Fusion making driveline install dummy proof

Midshaft mounted. Kenney Keeper needed a little grinding.

Motor dry-fitted....no shims needed at all on motor. Only 1 small on 2 pump bolts. Very smooth install.

Initially a screw-up on my part then decided to route the hoses up under the hood seal to keep it clean looking. Got some hot pink cable sheathing that all the lines will run through.

FINAL BUILD PICS- Will post up ride review/video soon.

Cutting the seat area. Need to do this for breathing tubes and the seat latch.

Used some shop vac hose for an intake from under the seat and through the bulkhead.

@CarterB provided a carbon fiber plate to seal it up. Also put the on the hood seal (the Blaster ones don't work- hood liner is too big and wont allow hood to close. Had to use a thin seal from Home Depot. Works great though.) seat latch, flush connection, and bilge switch.

Cody making a bracket for the steering.

Rad Dudes hood kit, steering system installed, B2 cable, and NYNJA bracket. Note on the hood kit- shocks provided for Blaster are too long. Ordered shorter ones from McMaster and works fine.

All done. Ready for test ride at the lake. At the lake, added the footholds but forgot to take pics. Working on getting some graphics on it for WaveDaze.
