Blaster Tigercraft VIPER

It's great! Hope to get it in the surf in some bigger wave tomorrow with some more video. It handles better than expected with moving the tank and waterbox placement!

Not numbers on a RTR weight just yet. Hopefully at the next ride we can get this thing on the Rad Dudes scale for a true weight, but I think its going to be safely under any stock B1 out there right now.

Do you have a build log for it? I saw all the pics in the intro thread but trying to find as much info on this thing as possible.

We are working on Zimmy's new engine right now. Might have it done next week, then we'll really get to see how it performs. Just wish we could do it with the RRP pipe.

Mine's still working awesome. Going to be calling ^ soon for this winters upgrades. Not sure if it will help at all, but if you guys get in a pinch for an RRP pipe, maybe hit up Taylor Curtis. He may be able to help out a little.

I had that ski almost completely on the rail doing like 5-10mph and I pulled it right back up without falling off. That would never happen on a B1. Especially with my lackluster B1 skills. I'm definitely a fan of the Viper!

Finally got the ski back on the water after installing a new pipe with all the inserts etc. Prop was cut back and re-pitched by speedysprocket, currently at 16/22 (which is being destroyed off the bottom, going to up to a 17/23 to see how that feels). I hit the water with Erik on Friday for some testing and the result was amazing! The hull handled great with the limited setup, but with some real power it just brings everything to life! Can't wait to get it in the water at Daytona! Ski will be in Richmond till is heads south, hoping to get some P&P tuning love from Phil, final touches from TPE on little details and a polish from SM!

Find me on the beach at Daytona, bring a lanyard, life jacket and a helmet if you want to take her out for a test ride!

Looks awesome buddy, can't wait to see it in action in Daytona!

droolling at that setup, looks fantastic!

Is that TL? And why no wet pipe conversion?

Just running and MSD for now. I wanted to go with the PFP as-is, I am happy with the power it is making and how it is being delivered, just need to get the pump sorted out so its not spinning off the bottom.
