My limited chamber I found has a small hairline crack, just wondering if there is anyway other the being welded I could fix this?

Rtv has got to be one of the worst suggestions I have ever heard. Do not rtv a cracked pipe chamber, it will not hold or last. The problem with a crack is its just going to keep growing, welding is the best option. Any type of epoxy may work for a little while but it won't last long. Do it once and do it right, then you won't have to worry about it later on down the road.

Ive learned many, many times (and I am still learning) to just do things right the first time. Yes, it initially will either take more time or cost more money upfront, but itll save you time, money and headaches down the road.

Take it to a car shop and have them weld it up.

Please don't buy a harbor freight welder for aluminum.
If you get it to my (and it's already cleaned), I'd weld it for $20 plus the shipping. Check fedex ground maybe. 23322 zip code...

Alrighty I'll look into shipping. Oh and don't worry I'm not buying a welder from harbor freight.
