Depends on the size of the wake and the ski setup. If you got power and it's a good wake, the flips will probably be better & higher without trim.
With power-limited setup, pulling the trim as you drop throttle in the pre-hop would probably be better.
I have never attempted a backflip before on a ski. My cousins have a 23ft wakeboard boat that plows a huge wake. Is there any real technique other than arching your back and hanging on?
Don't let go!!! If you know your not gonna make it, don't try an bail, the ski will crush you. Right Matt? Let the ski push you into the water instead of landing on you.
we ride mostly on mendota in madison. Couple of friends have wakeboard boats 20-25ft all v drives with ballast. I think I met you in the dells, I was on a blue blaster.Where are you gonna be ridin? We should hook up. I love having some good wake to flip off ofnot that I'm trying to invite myself lol
