i beleive you were refering to our system Thrust ez pull original

the weight is half , and at this point its all I've changed.
It made a Huge difference. It actually pulls easier than the pully system wammer made.
The geometry isn't going to change how easy it pulls, it'll just pull more if you want it.

should be $325 for the kit (minus the nozzles)
we're more efficient processing the parts, so I'm hoping it'll be a wash, between the material, and time saved.
we'll have the material procured by weeks end ... i hope

Brian at Thrust uses a plastic GP800 nozzle, I think Lucas is running Raider 760. Both very cheap plastic nozzles $30 or so new.

That ProTec nozzle is very heavy, most guys turn them down to reduce weight.

Have you looked at other metals like inco? It weighs 10% more than ti but is 40% stronger. You would be able to make a lighter and stronger compared to your ti setup

You mean Inconel?
Were not having any issues with the Ti, so not really looking to change, but I like the input

by making the fulcrum longer it will make the pull easier, same goes for a longer lever on the bar end. just my look at the geometry and physics of it.

True but the mechanical advantage comes at a price of less throw.

It don't make a dam what the trim ring is made of (assuming all the dimensions and geometry is the same), the trim ring is going to perform the exact same.

I still think it is a cool as hell novelty to have a Ti trim ring, but can see no added performance. Now let's build a indestructable
