Wisconsin is a no title state. Therefore the registration card you get sent in the mail is essentially your title. Now there's two ways you can go with this
1) register/title to WI then swap everything to illinois registration and title, now that you have the ski registered/titled in WI
2) just leave it registered/titled in WI.

I just joined this forum today and I can't find a place to privately message members. Im going to buy a couple jetskis this saturday and the guy doesnt have the titles. They are in MO and I live in IL, i seen where you said you could regiser them in WI and the would be legal to operate? Can you still do this?
