Mr Tynan accepted an order from me for a complete v2 system. As I was going on vacation the following week he had stated to me that he would ship while I was on vacation so I could receive it when I returned. While on vacation he called me and told me he was missing certain parts that he needed to make a complete system so shipping would be delayed. After vacation, I heard from Tim again and he then stated he had not received the required parts and that he was going to take them off his own personal "shop" jet ski that had not been ridden. I was fine with this. He stated that his wife would ship on Friday (I asked him to send a tracking number) Friday came and went with no tracking number...after a few texts he stated that the post office was closed 1/2 day for veterans day and that his wife would ship on Saturday...Saturday came and went with once again texts sent by me asking for a tracking number. He finally contacted me on Sunday and said he was out of town and that his wife got the box wet and post office would not accept...I said OK..send on Monday..he said OK....Monday came and went with no tracking number...texts where sent and then he called me late Monday night and said his wife was sick Monday and could not send it and assured me that it would be sent on Tuesday...I reminded him to make sure all parts where included in box as he had to "swap out" the box that was "supposedly" wet....Did not hear back from him for another day...Texting him yet again, he finally stated that he was headed to Fed-ex to ship and I finally received a tracking number from him. Saturday the pipe arrived missing a coupler, water Ts, jet for spray bar, one 90 degree for manifold, and two hose clamps, water filter for T bar (of course I made it quite clear to Tim that I wanted a complete system during negotiations at purchase.) Speaking to him several times and texts over weekend netted NO commitment to send...after repeated texts and a couple of conversations, Mr Tynan said he must have left coupler in his car and previous conversations Mr Tynan stated he also forgot to put water Ts in box....Monday I texted Tim to see if he shipped or asked for a refund no response...At this time, I was beyond Pissed! Finally today after several texts/emails the issue was put to rest by Mr Tim Tynan...he stated due to my lack of compassion for his personal problems and that I asked for a refund four times he said "send it back" I told him that it was a pain and I would just keep pipe and I would be satisfied with 100 refunded to correct the missing parts..I did ask for a refund multiple times but got to thinking about it and did not want to take a chance that the pipe would go back and He would "forget" to refund and I would ultimately be in a 3 month credit card dispute issue. I just received a email for him saying "basically" good luck and I was a self centered,UN- compassionate person because I did not care about his personal issues/drama...guess what, I DONT. IT WAS MY MONEY AND ALL I WANTED IS WHAT I PAID FOR IN THE TIME PROMISED!

The guy paid 350 under retail for v2 System.
He missing a coupler and a plastic T.
He was informed i don’t sell hardware kits but i would do what i could to get him one.
Blowsion out of stock.
When i told him i was in hospital with my dad who was just given 30-60 days to live and i had to spend Monday and Tuesday in family court to try and resolve my fathers court issue and give him piece before he leaves this earth buck didn’t care.
Said i don’t need your family drama. Just get me my coupler and t’s.
You give the guy a 350 discount and he missing two consumable parts and he screams murder and can’t buy a spare that he will need while I’m putting my father to rest.
I don’t need any customers like this and i won’t go one inch out of my way to help them.
So bring every negative come back on and i own it with pride.
Because i will always put family first.

He also called his credit card company tried to dispute the credit card charge and doesn’t want to return the system.

I wouldnt have ordered from him if at anytime he told me he couldnt supply a complete system (see below) He lost my compassion when he used excuse after excuse on filling the order that was promised--yep and dont want to return this system because this guy is shady and chances are he will say its damaged or something..i am only disputing missing parts total.....and PS his pipe is not worth 1800...thats his math...stick with power factor or RRP people!
PS look at the other negative review as welll....purchase from him at your own risk...this gives the sport/industry a bad name especially for a guy like me who just got back into this as a hobby...its not the sport it use to be....

36yrs in business and your the first attempt i have ever had at a credit card dispute.
Now I’m gonna tell you like i did in email and text.
I will not respond to you again.
I’ve said my piece and now everyone on the X can listen to you carry on and on about what a terrible deal you got when you paid 300+ under retail and didn’t get 30 bucks in consumables on your demand when you still don’t even have your engine yet for your ski.

Tim did you even read the texts above there are alot more but dont want to fill this page with them. I said this above "just to be sure it comes with everything I need?" and you clearly said YES!!! I just received the pipe over the weekend 11-18-17. Sorry you cant handle the truth and a customer that holds you accountable to your word...the dates on the text are October 28th....really--a 1 week deal turned into a month ordeal???? With missing parts isnt that the point not the $$$ amount, honor what you committed to no questions asked? Why did I give you money before you sent me less than promised and you would not refund me before i sent pipe back...fair is fair right? Did I ever lie to you or mislead you in any way???? come on buddy, remember Karma? And how unprofessional it is to drag you poor family into a business deal....the customer should never know about personal issues...you took my money and didn't give me what was promised and paid for!

Blowsion sells this kit that they got from you for 158.00 this is what the dispute is for..PS tim YOU SHOW THE TEXTS AND EMAILS you have them dont you? I have re-read them all nothing wrong with them..I have already spent way to much time on this issue and just want all potential buyers to beware!

And sellers all you have to do is say NO if you do not want to haggle and are firm with price if you agree on the price then honor it and give the customer everything you promised at the time that you promised it with no excuses whether it be a small $5 part or a $500 part that's called character and integrity... and Tim am kind of lonely why do you ask, my wife is away at her in-laws and I'm working on jet skis but I'm missing the Cheapo little parts that you did not supply so I can't finish.... oh and I don't know so sue me if I want the best price possible as I work hard for my money don't you.... oh and one last thing only because I'm lonely and bored and pming I'm not so sure that $1,450 is a 1 star price for a few pieces of metal welded together and this industry I'm sure you're quite aware things are a lot more expensive than what they should be because there is limited production of them so I don't know I think I paid top dollar for your pipe but as you alluded to your right and I'm wrong or so you think

Oh and if we have not bored you to death the pipe is for sale for 1450 with everything you need to bolt it up and I will send it to you at the time promised with a tracking number

UPDATE:
For such a great deal on this pipe i supposedly recieved....been on the market for four days now with a asking price of 1450 (with all items not shipped to me) included...not everyone is on the X that this negative posting hasnt tainted...not a single pm or offer for a 1800 new TNT pipe discounted to 1450 with a 158.00 parts kit included in sale!!! i would think since this pipe was almost given away to me as a 1 star hotel comparison, buyers would be lined up to purchase it!!!

Many of these people have dealt with me and have witnessed how i help setup, answer tech questions at 10pm on weekends, have years exp on combinations and setup tips.
I shut you out because your senseless babble and continuous baggering.
Even when i just said return pipe for refund i have no more time for you and won’t respond to anymore senseless emails you insisted on sending me email after email text after text.
The parts i was trying to get for you are parts i do not make and are outside of my control. I ordered from 2 different sources, neither of them came in the time frame you wanted so you continously threatened to send the pipe back.
Every email every sentence was had i known this wouldn’t have orders.
So i give you the option to return it for full refund and shipping but yet you still continued to bagger me.
After you tried to dispute the charge on your credit card and wasted another hour of my day i refuses to pay the return shipping.
When you replied i don’t care about your family drama that was the end of you.
My father not sick with the flue, he dying of cancer and he is in a court case regarding probate from when my mom passed away 4yrs ago.
If you really feel your 4” Simone hose and a plastic T for your system should take priority over that then your just a customer i will never need!
When you say a system is over priced.
Think about how few the sales are in watercraft market and the only way to bring cost down is to deal in high volume.
I am not going to purchase 500 manifolds and gamble they will sell in next 5-7yrs.
To do production runs of 100 at a time it doubles the cost.
I have 34,000 in tooling and 80+ in envintory for manifolds alone.
You out lay that much money and sit on it for 14-18 months.
Now add in the cost of chamber stamps and water box patterns and tell me it makes sense.
Factory pipe makes over 5,000 pipes a week in other markets and water craft sell less then 200 a year.
In 90’s you sold 200 a month. P

I asked you for a refund before you sent pipe and you ignored it. I have bought over 100k off the X, blowsion, and facebook within the last year with only two vendor issues totaling 15,500 of the purchases. you wouldn't have been texted so much had you honored your promises but every time it was a different excuse not every single time it was about your dad only once you told me about your dad but yet you keep using that as a reason that I'm some sort of uncompassionate person, honestly I have enough of my own problems I feel sorry for the situation with you and your dad but as a cancer survivor I'm tired of talking about it. To end this story, i received two disputes from his credit card company and my credit card company did not honor his dispute and i was credited full amount of the purchase.
But it did take several months for it to be resolved.

Yes the $158.00 of the total purchase was actually credited back to Tim. I never wanted a full refund, just the parts that was not shipped...after going back and forth to justify and re-justify all Tims untruths about shipping and dealing with a multiple customers service reps from capital one that spoke very little English...I gave up as I had put well over 158 in effort into this...Tim you won the 158 but in the end you lost several customers.....Congratulations!!!
